Location: Inner arm, three finger-widths up from the wrist (see video below).
Use: Opens the chest when you feel you can’t breathe; calms anxiety and nausea.
Acupressure Point for Anger & Tension: LIV-3 (Great Rushing)
Location: Top of the foot, between the big and second toe bones (see video below).
Use: Smooths frustration and tension headaches. Helps when you feel "stuck."
