Calm in the Chaos: Rapid Relief for Body and Mind
We live in stressful times, and however resilient we are, our health and physical and mental wellbeing can suffer. Luckily, there are things we can do for ourselves that will help calm us and relieve stress. This short ‘first aid kit’ introduces simple, mindful breathing practices that are known to shift us into a relaxed (parasympathetic) state, an easy ‘swing’ practice to help get the energy flowing, and self-massage and acupressure tips to soothe the body and calm the mind.
